With 6 million (and counting) businesses advertising – how do you ensure that you stand out from the crowd.
We have compiled some top tips for you and we would love to help you implement them.
- Content – and more content, preferably with images or video and make it interesting.
- Decide what sort of interests your audience has – Rule of thumb is if you are a product – entertain and if a service educate.
- Initially decide to increase your brands awareness – this is will get you orders in the long run.
- Repeat – yes as easy as that – repeat your posts, in the hope your target audience over time will see them.
- Advertise with Facebook Feeds only – when you set up a campaign Facebook offers you a number of placements (where your ad is displayed) – eg Facebook / Instagram / Messenger etc. Facebook will recommend an automatic placement – this suits Facebook as they have inventory to fill. We would suggest to stick with mobile and desktop feeds as this is from where people spend most of their time.
- Facebook Pixel – a must to take advantage of (ask us for more info) when installed you can track the actions people take on your website.
- Create customer audiences – made up initially of those that have supported you in the past – after all its only fair to tell your supporters of your new offers first, you do this by creating a customer file made up of existing customers, website visitors, Facebook page engagers, app users, etc. – once exhausted then widen the net using Facebooks sources.
